- The model is mistaken for a physical/tangible object, and the digital file has not been downloaded.
To initiate a refund request, please provide us with the purchase order number, a detailed description of the encountered issue, and the software and file formats used. Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 3 business days.
In the event of a refund approval, you are legally obligated to delete all copies of the purchased product files without the right to retain or use them in the future.
